    La motivación impulsa al profesional en su ejercico diario, tanto en su superación personal como en la mejora de la calidad que presta a sus pacientes. Sin embargo, en atención primaria casi el 90 por ciento de los médicos están hartos de estar hartos.

    Horas después de que la conferencia del primer nivel echase el cierre, el sector de Primaria de CESM se ha reunido con dos únicos puntos en su orden del día: hacer un balance de la reunión y analizar la información de cada uno de los delegados provinciales sobre el estado actual de los recortes presupuestarios en las regiones.

    La Comisión Nacional de Familia espera que la rectificación oficial de Sanidad con respecto a la futura configuración de la especialidad de Urgencias no se materialice en el texto final del decreto. Su presidenta recuerda que contraviene la LOPS y mina la sostenibilidad del SNS.

    La Sociedad de Pediatría Extrahospitalaria y de Atención Primaria (Sepeap) ha denunciado durante el congreso nacional que ha celebrado en Santiago de Compostela que las administraciones sanitarias pretenden eliminar a medio plazo la Pediatría de primaria, y que sean los médicos de Familia quienes asuman el cuidado de los niños en el primer nivel.

    De la I Conferencia Nacional de Primaria apenas han surgido compromisos concretos de mejora por parte de Sanidad y de las regiones, pero el foro cree que se han sentado las bases para el futuro. Ello no evita que los médicos se quejen de la escasa implicación autonómica en la cita.
